In 2020, Workforce Solutions partnered with over one hundred community organizations to provide COVID-19 relief and employment support services for local youth and job seekers through the Ramsey County Investment and Support Efforts (RISE) initiative. The One-Stop Workforce System in Ramsey County brings together a comprehensive network of employment and training partners. These partners work collaboratively to serve the needs of job seekers and businesses in our community through innovative, no cost programs, comprehensive support services, and essential skills training. This local partner network also functions within Minnesota’s statewide career development and talent matching resource – CareerForce.
