Do not pour cooking oil or grease down a drain.

Disposal

Small amounts (less than 1 gallon per weekly pick up) may be placed in the trash inside paper towels, plastic bags tied off, or in the original container.

Large amounts of cooking oil are accepted at household hazardous waste collection sites for free.
