Face coverings required at county facilities
Due to an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in Ramsey County, and new recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cloth face coverings are now required in county facilities. The decision was made following the meeting of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, August 3.
- All visitors and employees are required to wear cloth face coverings regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not.
- This policy applies to all indoor buildings and facilities operated by Ramsey County.
- Free masks are available at county buildings for visitors who need them.
The city of Saint Paul has resumed its requirement that all employees and visitors to city-controlled facilities wear cloth face coverings, whether they are vaccinated or not.
