October 20: Meditation in Current Times

In our current world, there is much uncertainty and many stressors that we are faced with daily. The world as we know it has changed drastically. Learn how meditation can be a tool to help cope with everyday life. 

November 17: Detox Your Mind Through Meditation

Many of us seek out programs to help detox our bodies, but we ignore the health of our mind. We live in a stressful world and there are many factors that impact us on a negative level. By befriending our minds, we can wipe the slate clean and calm the body. Join Gaurav Singh and learn how to implement a simple yet powerful meditation technique to help cleanse your mind and change your life.
