Learn how to turn sap into maple syrup at Tamarack Nature Center
It’s maple season at Tamarack Nature Center!
The center will host two public Sap to Syrup events in March for visitors of all ages to learn about the maple syrup process. Participants will have the opportunity to tap a maple tree, collect sap, visit the evaporator, see how the final syrup is made and of course, enjoy the sweetness of the final product!
Program dates are March 18 and 25 from 1-3:30 p.m. Activities take approximately one hour to complete and will be ongoing throughout the program time. Fee is $7 per person.
