September 12: Overcoming Stress Using Meditation
We are living in a time that might feel confusing and stressful. Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference. Join Arvind Naik as he teaches a simple meditation technique to increase personal well-being. A brief meditation sitting will be held at the end of the class.

September 19: Reducing Anxiety Through Meditation
Life is full of anxiety and stress, perhaps now more than ever before. Come to this workshop and learn how you can calm your body and mind by sitting in meditation. Long time meditator Nirav Sheth will lead this informative lecture which will include a short meditation sitting.

September 26: Inner and Outer Peace Through Meditation
Imagine being able to access a sanctuary within or a place of peace and bliss whenever modern life gets too much. Long time meditator Arlene Samsel will lead an informative and educational meditation program which will include a short meditation sitting.

This is an online class offered remotely using Zoom communication software. After registration, participants will receive an email from the library approximately three days prior to class with additional instructions including a link (or URL) that will be used as an invitation to enter the online class. If registering within 72 hours of class start time, expect to receive an email with the instructions and link the morning of the event.
