Meditation is a tool that can be used to cope with the challenges of everyday life and reduce stress. There are many benefits that come from meditation on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. During these engaging workshops, long-time meditator, Arvind Naik will teach you simple time-tested mediation techniques and you will have the chance to try them out.

You must provide a valid email address to participate. After registration, participants will receive an email from the library prior to class with additional instructions including a link (or URL) that will be used as an invitation to enter the online class.
