New ROADS Promotional Videos are now available
ROADS (Reliable Opportunities Advance Dad’s Support) is an employment and training program for fathers offered by Ramsey County Workforce Solutions in partnership with Child Support Services in the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. All eligible fathers will be considered for the program.
Participants in this program work with an employment counselor to improve their resume, work on their interviewing skills, search for jobs and establish goals for the future. This work also includes strengthening life skills and connecting fathers with legal services and other resources.
Three new promotional videos that explain program benefits, eligibility and services, in addition to sharing a few success stories are now available. Videos are offered in English, Hmong, Somali and Spanish.
