Legal Considerations

Pop/soda machines are considered refrigerators. It is illegal to place refrigerators and other major appliances in the trash. They must be processed to remove hazardous materials before being recycled.


If you are purchasing a new pop machine, ask the retailer if they will recycle your old one when they deliver the new one.
