Press conference regarding Ramsey County Attorney's Office Facility Dog
Ramsey County Attorney John Choi held a press conference July 2 to announce the addition of a facility dog to assist crime victims and witnesses. Norie, a two-year old purebred Golden Retriever, will provide quiet companionship to adults and children who are victims and witnesses to crime. She is highly trained for the primary purpose of putting victims and witnesses at ease so they can better participate in the prosecution process and ease the natural tension that comes with highly traumatic experiences.
