Public comment open on Pigs Eye Lake master plan through Sept. 30
A draft of the Pigs Eye Master Plan Amendment has been posted for public comment through Wednesday, September 30. The amendment will address natural resource improvements to the Ramsey County section of Pigs Eye Lake and surrounding land area, and will be a part of an overall amendment to the 1981 Battle Creek Regional Park master plan.
This master plan update is a requirement of the Metropolitan Council as the overseer of the regional park and trails system. The approximate completion date is fall 2020.
