Full Description

A day doesn’t go by without another story about ransomware. While it has crippled municipalities, hospitals, police and fire departments, pipelines and other critical infrastructure, it can also attack individuals as well. As long as hackers can leverage ransomware, we need to be on guard. In this session, we’ll discuss what ransomware is, how it has evolved over time, what to do if it happens to you, and—most importantly—tips for avoiding it in the first place.
