Share your experiences with technology: Connectivity Blueprint survey now open
Through Connectivity Blueprint - an initiative led by Ramsey County, the city of Saint Paul and a steering committee of experts - we're creating a community-guided roadmap to digital equity. To advance this work, we created a survey that will be open through the end of August.
If you complete the survey and choose to share your email address or a phone number, you will be added to a drawing for a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards.

About digital equity
Digital equity is defined by the National Digital Inclusion Alliance as a “condition in which all individuals and communities have the information technology capacity needed for full participation in our society, democracy and economy."
Here’s what this means for county residents:
- Access to reliable, affordable internet.
- Access to devices and the ability to repair and replace those devices as needed.
- Having the digital skills necessary to navigate both the internet and devices.
