Transforming Systems Together - a shared decision-making initiative designed to rethink how the county delivers services and invests in the community - has three grant opportunities available to the community.
These grants are available to support individuals and organizations providing prevention services and serving youth involved in child protection and foster care:
- Innovation: Grants between $50,000 - $100,000.
- Micro: Grants between $10,000-$35,000.
- Individual: Grants up to $10,000.

Applicants are invited to attend an Applicant Support Session to get help with submitting their applications. Registration is encouraged, but not required.
