Vote before Election Day at three in person locations for the state primary

In advance of the state primary on Aug. 11, Ramsey County voters can cast a ballot in person at three locations. Voters may visit any location, regardless of their home address. Please remember to wear a face covering and practice social distancing while voting or dropping off a ballot. Special accommodations are available - follow the instructions posted at each site.

Voting before Election Day locations include:

All locations will be open the following hours:

  • Weekdays June 26 – Aug. 7: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, Aug. 8: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Monday, Aug. 10: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The absentee voting site at the Ramsey County Elections Office – Plato Building will open at 8 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
