State and local resources are available for people whose jobs have been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.

Community Career Labs

Community Career Labs are available throughout the county. Labs provide free workforce support to job seekers and residents following adverse economic impacts and job losses caused by COVID-19, including reservation-based computer access, printing and copying, digital literacy programs, job search and resume assistance.

Job Connect interactive job board

Visit the new Job Connect online job board to connect with businesses currently hiring in Ramsey County. You can search for jobs by transit accessibility, keyword and location using an interactive map. The board highlights major industries in Ramsey County including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, construction and more.

Unemployment insurance

Dislocated Worker program

If you've been laid off and qualify for unemployment benefits, you may be eligible for specialized employment and training services through the Dislocated Worker program to help prepare you for your next job. Services include career planning and counseling, job search assistance, training and other support services
