Court Hearings & Warrants
The judges and staff of the Second Judicial District are working hard to assist people in resolving issues during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
If you or someone you care about was recently arrested, detained or received a citation, you may have missed a court date. Many cases, such as Drug Possession in the Fifth Degree, have already been dismissed by the Ramsey County Attorney during the pandemic.
Please contact us to see if your case is still open or if it has been dropped. We want you to know when and where to appear for court if you have an active criminal case.
Contact the Court about your hearing or warrant
During the COVID-19 pandemic, if you have a misdemeanor warrant, you are eligible to resolve your warrant without being arrested. If you have a felony warrant, you are urged to turn yourself in.
