Ramsey County adopts groundbreaking Climate Equity Action Plan
Tuesday, April 16, just a few days ahead of Earth Day, the Ramsey County Board unanimously adopted a fully integrated Climate Equity Action Plan. Developed by staff, community, and key partners the plan aims to reduce greenhouse gases and help community survive and thrive in changing climate conditions that cause harmful health impacts through poor air quality, extreme heat, flooding and more disease-carrying insects.

The 2024 Assessor’s Report details changes and trends in assessed property values throughout Ramsey County, based on type and location. The annual report is available via Open Ramsey County. Property owners can review this report to help provide context for why their property values have changed over the past year. Property valuation notices and property tax statements were sent to property owners in March, which describe the changes specific to their property.

Annual property valuation notices and tax statements for 2024 were mailed to Ramsey County property owners in mid-March. Valuation notices include your property classification, estimated market value and taxable market value, which is used to determine property taxes payable in 2024.
