Segment 3 – South of Burns Avenue to Minnehaha Avenue

Segment 4 – Minnehaha Avenue to Stillwater Avenue

The county and cities of Saint Paul and Maplewood will be coordinating with MnDOT on the potential resurfacing and traffic signal replacement along this segment of Stillwater Avenue. Since this segment of roadway is a state highway, MnDOT has jurisdiction over improvements.
