Contact us

The surface layer of Energy Park Drive between Everett Court and Churchill Street in Saint Paul was removed and replaced with new, smooth pavement. New accessible ramps for pedestrians were installed between Snelling and Lexington avenues.

The segment of concrete pavement on Energy Park Drive near Everett Court was also repaired in early summer 2020.

Road layout changes

The striping changes and new bike lanes reflect the goals of Ramsey County's Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan to make the community walkable and bikable for people of all ages and abilities and also support Saint Paul's Bicycle Plan. Bike lanes will assist in creating a safe transportation system for bicyclists, pedestrians and motorists by providing a separated and designated travel space in the roadway.

Everett Court to Snelling Avenue

The road was converted from four traffic lanes to three and bike lanes will be added. The layout includes one vehicle traffic lane in each direction, a center left-turn lane and one bike lane in each direction.
