Road layout changes

The project plan includes several changes to the road layout. The striping changes and new bike lanes reflect the goals of Ramsey County's Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan to make the community walkable and bikable for people of all ages and abilities and also support Saint Paul's Bicycle Plan. Bike lanes will assist in creating a safe transportation system for bicyclists, pedestrians and motorists by providing a separated and designated travel space in the roadway.
