Construction is currently underway.
The project involves improvement to Hodgson Road from Emil Street to Rohavic Lane and to County Road J from Grotto Street to Ware Road.
The project goals are to improve safety and traffic flow for all users - including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit and vehicles - as well as to improve storm water management and limit environmental impacts.
This project is being led by Anoka County with support from Ramsey County, Lino Lakes and Shoreview.
