Otter Lake Road Reconstruction

Otter Lake Road will be reconstructed from Highway 96 to 4th Street in White Bear Lake in 2024. Improvements will include replacing the aging pavement and adding new sidewalk and trail from Highway 96 to 4th Street.

These improvements will make Otter Lake Road a multi-model corridor in alignment with the county's All-Abilities Transportation and Active Living plans.

Timeline

Proposed layout

The road section will include two 11-ft lanes, curb and gutter, paved shoulders, sidewalk, and a mixed use trail. See the latest layout (PDF).
