Rush Line Corridor Locally Preferred Alternative
A public hearing will be held by the Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority on August 22, 2017, to obtain public comment on the proposed support for the Rush Line Corridor Locally Preferred Alternative.
The hearing will take place at 9 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) in the Council Chambers of the Saint Paul City Hall - Ramsey County Courthouse.

Following the public hearing, the Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority will consider a resolution supporting the Rush Line Corridor Locally Preferred Alternative.
The Locally Preferred Alternative includes the recommendation for transit vehicle, transit route and general station locations. The Locally Preferred Alternative is defined as bus rapid transit within a dedicated guideway generally along Phalen Boulevard, Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority right-of-way and Trunk Highway 61. The route extends approximately 14 miles, connecting Union Depot in downtown Saint Paul to the east side neighborhoods, Maplewood, Vadnais Heights, Gem Lake, White Bear Lake and White Bear Township.

2018-19 Biennial Budget
Two public hearing on the proposed 2018-19 biennial budget will be held September 12 and November 27, 2017.
- September 12: Levy
1 p.m., Council Chambers of the Saint Paul City Hall - Ramsey County Courthouse
The September 12 hearing will be in advance of the board's vote on the maximum property tax levy for 2018, scheduled for September 26.
- November 27: Budget and levy
6:30 p.m., Ramsey County Library - Shoreview
The November 27 hearing will be in advance of the board's final vote on the 2018-19 budget and property tax levy.
