Park Ordinance Office Hours

Ramsey County District 1 Commissioner Nicole Frethem is hosting a series of office hours about a Parks & Recreation ordinance. The purpose of the ordinance is to promote the safety, health, enjoyment and welfare of everyone in their use of the park, and to protect park property and resources.
