In an effort to increase and preserve the supply of affordable housing units across Ramsey County, Community & Economic Development opened competitive housing solicitations for developers to access and obtain funding from a variety of local and federal sources. Applications were evaluated based on project and financial feasibility, unit affordability, organizational capacity and alignment with Ramsey County's strategic priorities.
