Employees start as telecommunicators answering 911 and non-emergency calls, dispatching on the data channel and providing general assistance to officers. Our staff

The staff of the Ramsey County Emergency Communications Center are civilians who work in seven different roles:

  • 911 telecommunicators.
  • Public safety dispatchers.
  • Shift supervisors.
  • Managers.

  • Administrative personnel.
  • Technical personnel.
