Infrastructure RFP

Ramsey County, through the Public Works department, issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on March 14, 2024 for the services of an engineering contractor/consultant experienced in the development of design plans and specifications for municipal and transportation infrastructure, including grading, roadways, drainage/stormwater management features, mitigated wetlands and public utilities. 

Professional engineering and support services for Rice Creek Commons public infrastructure improvements include:

  • Final design of Spine Road and associated public infrastructure.
  • City utilities.
  • Stormwater management.
  • Bridge design.
  • Coordination of groundwater treatment system components.
  • Landscape architecture.
  • Public engagement.
  • Project management.
  • Bidding assistance.
  • Construction administration and more.
