University of Minnesota Professor Yingling Fan will be joining the Active Living Ramsey Communities Quarterly Meeting to share important information about her research on the transportation experience of underserved communities. Her area of expertise includes: transportation planning, public health, income inequity, poverty, sustainable development, urban and regional development and land use planning.
