Recording documents will be accepted via U.S. mail and at secure form drop-off locations. We are available via email and phone (651-266-2050) and will respond during business hours.

In-person assistance is also available at Ramsey County Service Centers from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call 651-266-2050 to schedule an appointment.

COVID-19 information and resources

The Ramsey County Recorder and Registrar of Titles Office maintains official real estate documents and provides retrieval and reproduction of these records for the public and businesses.

Ramsey County does not provide assistance in the completion of legal forms, nor does the county assume any liability for persons who attempt to complete legal documentation on their own. Once you record a document it is permanent and can’t be removed or altered.
