Parks and trails are open to the public. Playgrounds reopen July 2. Restrooms are open at high-traffic park locations and cleaned daily. Portable toilets are available where restrooms have not reopened yet. Drinking fountains remain off. Picnic shelter and pavilion reservations are open to groups of 25 or fewer people; weddings, funerals and planned religious services may host groups of 250 or fewer guests.
Ramsey County is home to nine county parks, six regional parks and five regional trail corridors. Many parks include lake access and provide a variety of recreation opportunities, such as boating, picnicking, play areas and swimming.
