Full Description
The surface layer on Cleveland Avenue between Ford Parkway and Randolph Avenue will be removed and replaced with new, smooth pavement in 2023.
The project will also include road striping from Bohland Avenue to Ford Parkway, adding striping for parking lanes between Ford Parkway and Eleanor Avenue, replacing the traffic signal at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Highland Parkway, as well as installing curb bump-out improvements at Cleveland and Bayard avenues.
