- Navigator Services to help residents connect with county programs and benefits.
- Financial Assistance Services (FAS), including SNAP, cash assistance and emergency aid.
- Child Support Services for assistance with payments, case updates, legal forms, applications and genetic testing (for open Ramsey County cases).
- Housing stability including rent assistance and housing support for residents experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
- Community Career Lab / CareerForce (located in Suite 2300).
Space Upgrades
The redesigned space offers a more efficient, accessible and welcoming experience, featuring:

- Over 12,000 square feet of floor space.
- 37 workstations, four offices and four focus rooms.
- Five conference rooms and 12 service counters.
- Self check-in kiosks, improved signage and refreshed interiors.
