East Building drop box closing Sept. 29
The Ramsey County Secure Drop Box, located in front of the Government Center East Building on Kellogg Blvd., will be permanently closing as of Friday, Sept. 29, 2023.
Residents looking to access a Downtown - Saint Paul drop box are encouraged to visit either the Fourth Street entrance of the Saint Paul - Ramsey County Courthouse or the Jackson Street entrance at Metro Square. For a list of other secure drop box locations please visit Form Drop-off sites.
