• Ramsey County is partnering with Repowered (formerly Tech Dump) to offer free electronics recycling to Ramsey County residents at Repowered's Saint Paul location. Learn more.
• Check with local non-profit organizations and schools. Many collect cartridges for fundraising.
• Several retailers collect ink and toner cartridges for recycling, including: 
  • Best Buy
  • Office Depot/Office Max
  • Staples
  • Target
• Many office supply retailers refill ink cartridges as well.
• Bring cartridges to a recycling company below. Call to verify items accepted, hours and fees.
