Kerosene does not belong in the trash or down the drain.

Kerosene is accepted at a household hazardous waste collection site for free. For containers larger than 5 gallons, please call 651-266-1151.

For your safety, kerosene should only be stored and transported in a container designed to hold flammable liquid. Other containers may degrade and leak.
