During the COVID-19 pandemic, people did not have to renew their Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare. Now that the pandemic has ended, most people will have to complete a renewal.
Completing a MA renewal may be new for some. To help with the Medical Assistance renewal process, Ramsey County, Portico Healthnet and Shakir Consulting Services are providing free one-on-one appointments with MNsure navigators..
Interpreters and bilingual navigators will be available onsite to help with renewals.
Shakir Consulting Services is located in the Community Action Building and is accessible via the lightrail. Free parking is also available.
