During the COVID-19 pandemic, people did not have to renew their Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare. Now that the pandemic has ended, most people will be required to renew their health insurance regularly.
This renewal process may be new for some. To help with the Medical Assistance renewal process, Ramsey County and PorticoHealthnet are providing a free information session and one-on-one appointments with MNsure Navigators.
The information session will cover how to complete the renewal form and the verification documents needed for submission. At the end of this 30 minute presentation, there will be a question and answer session with MNsure navigators and county financial workers. To participate in this renewal presentation, please register. You will receive an email confirmation and reminder email two days before the event.
