Ramsey County is redesigning Dale Street to implement a 4 to 3 lane conversion, aimed at reducing the frequency and severity of crashes. The design for Dale Street has been finalized in response to feedback from the first and second phases of engagement. Join us for an in-person open house to review the final design and construction schedule.
