Legal Considerations

It is Illegal to place conventional ovens and other major appliances in the trash. Ovens must be processed to remove hazardous materials before being recycled.

Recycle

If you are purchasing a new oven, ask the retailer if they will recycle your old one when they deliver the new one.

Contact your trash hauler or Best Buy for curbside pick up options.
