Join us on the first day of National Public Health Week for a presentation from Abigail Phillips, Climate and Health Supervisor, highlighting the Climate Equity Action Plan.
Ramsey County created the Climate Equity Action Plan to guide its response to climate change. It outlines actions the county will take to mitigate and adapt to the effects of climate change. One project the county will focus on in 2024 is updating the 2016 Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment (CCVA). It is used to identify areas that might be more vulnerable to climate change. This presentation will walk through the 2016 CCVA and plans for updating it.
