The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 5 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, in the Council Chambers, third floor of Saint Paul City Hall – Ramsey County Courthouse (15 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, MN 55102). A final hearing will be held in the same location, Dec. 11 at 6 p.m.
This public hearing will be conducted in order to afford the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed 2026-27 budget. Residents who wish to speak will have three minutes to give their testimony. More details about the proposed 2026-27 budget can be found on Ramsey County’s budget webpage.
Submit comments or feedback
Persons who intend to testify are encouraged to sign up online or to contact the Chief Clerk prior to Monday, Sept. 22, 2025. Sign-up will also be available onsite the night of the hearing.
