This hearing provides an opportunity for the public to comment on the housing, community and economic development needs of Ramsey County. Feedback on potential projects and programs that could assist in the development of Ramsey County’s portion of the Dakota County Consortium’s 2023 Annual Action Plan is also encouraged. The funds used would be from the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME).
