Ramsey County and the city of Saint Paul are working to define a community-driven vision for Rice Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Wheelock Parkway.
Join us for an open house on Feb. 6 to view the recommended design, share your feedback on pedestrian and landscaping improvements, and learn about construction next steps.
