Service Center – Maplewood extends lease at the Maplewood Mall
Ramsey County has signed an extended lease with the Maplewood Mall, to serve as the long-term home for the Maplewood Service Center. Several factors, including the site's proximity to transit, ample floor-space and overall accessibility made this an ideal location for the goal of improving resident service delivery. The hours of operation at the Service Center will remain 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
This decision coincides with the announcement of the Grand Reopening of the library in Maplewood on November 4. The library in Maplewood, as well as the Service Center, both relocated to Maplewood Mall in December 2022 while the building underwent renovation. With the Maplewood library's reopening, the last day of library service at the Service Center in Maplewood Mall will be October 27. While the Service Center will remain at Maplewood Mall, it will continue to collaborate closely with the library in Maplewood.
