Come to the free paper shredding event at the Environmental Center on Friday, Sept. 5 from 11-4 p.m. Ramsey County residents can bring up to three boxes of paper (about 50 pounds) to shred. Shred Right will shred all papers onsite and recycle them.
All participants must show proof of Ramsey County residency. Bring paper in a Bankers Box (10 inches high, 12 inches wide and 15 inches deep). Follow signs at the Environmental Center to find the event. Please note that the event may end early if the trucks get filled up before the end.
Do not recycle shredded paper at home. Shredded paper is too small to get sorted out from single-stream recycling. Learn where to shred and recycle confidential papers.
