This program will discuss how the Ramsey County Attorney’s office approaches prosecution on the matters of delinquency cases, educational neglect cases, truancy cases, and runaway cases.

Speaker: Kevin Fleming - Ramsey County, Assistant County Attorney | Director of the Youth Justice and Wellness Division  

Kevin Fleming is the Director of the Youth Justice and Wellness Division within the Office of the Ramsey County Attorney. In that role, Kevin leads a team of over twenty-five attorneys and support staff who focus on the prosecution of matters including delinquency cases, educational neglect cases, truancy cases, and runaway cases. Kevin obtained his undergraduate degree from Hamline University and his juris doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
