More than 10,000 attendees gathered for the Selby Avenue Jazz Fest, a full-day community music event along Selby Avenue in Saint Paul. 

The WIB welcomed incoming chair-elect Yolanda McIntosh, two newly appointed board members, Tami Cybulski and Bryan Kuzel, and 10 reappointed members.
