Detour signs direct people west on Pennsylvania, north on Rice, and east on Maryland.

The 10-mile line that connects Saint Paul, Maplewood, Landfall, Oakdale and Woodbury generally along I-94 began operation on Saturday. Buses run every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends.
