The County Manager and service teams will present their 2026-27 proposed budgets to the board of commissioners for review throughout September in the Council Chambers.
Ramsey County uses its two-year (biennial) operating budget to monitor revenue and expenses and to improve financial management and strategic planning.
- Sept. 2, – County Manager presents budget to board of commissioners.
- Sept. 15, 1:30-4:30 p.m. – Strategic Team budget presentation.
- Sept. 16, 1:30-4:30 p.m. – Information and Public Records budget presentation.
- Sept. 18, All day – Economic Growth and Community Investment budget presentation.
- Sept. 19, All day – Health and Wellness budget presentation.
- Sept. 22, All day – Safety and Justice budget presentation.
Public comments are not taken during these presentations. However, residents may share comments for either the Sept. 22 or Dec. 11 public hearings in person, in writing, or by proxy.
