St. Paul Avenue Resurfacing & Lane Reduction

St. Paul Avenue will be resurfaced between Edgcumbe Road and Cleveland Avenue in Saint Paul in 2022. The project will include removing a driving lane in each direction, adding bike lanes to the road and installing new ADA accessible pedestrian ramps to improve safety conditions for all users.

Land surveying crews will be working in the project area before, during and immediately after construction.

There will be no cost to property owners for this project.

Timeline

Paving is complete. Ground-in, high-durability stripes are complete. Turf establishment is ongoing. Site cleanup will last through summer.

The city of Saint Paul is working on Edgcumbe Road from St. Paul to Hampshire avenues.

Traffic impacts

The road is fully open to traffic.
